A recent study showed that Americans place a greater importance on volunteering than giving. Fifty percent of respondents said volunteering one's time was more important, compared to 20 percent who said giving was more valuable.

Volunteers are priceless and provide a much needed and valuable service to the Food Bank.

The possibilities are limited only by your imagination.

Give us one hour or all day. You are always Welcome.

Step 1
The local Publix stores in North Central Florida place non-perishable items in bags. Each bag is priced and placed in a shopping buggy for display with other bags.

Step 2
Shoppers pick up a bag with the prices they choose and pay for it whan they go through the check out line.

Step 3
Store managment then places the bag in to food barrel located near the exit of the store.

Step 4
Bread of the Mighty then picks up the bags from the barrel and distributes the food to qualified agencies that distribute directly to the hungry.

Won't you help by picking up a tax-deductible bag today?
